I had a colonoscopy at Mirmed. The staff was wonderful, the doctors were very friendly, and everything was done with respect and class. The team of doctors was very cohesive and professional; I never felt uncomfortable. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful (special thanks to Ms. Patrycja). I highly recommend them and thank you very much.

I'll leave the following story for your review. My mother is suffering from cancer. She is being treated at Kopernik in Łódź due to a less-than-positive experience with the hospital in Tomaszów. This is a patient's right. She lives in Tomaszów and uses Mirmed services daily. Yesterday, she needed internal medicine care, so she made an appointment with a doctor. My sister went with her. Unfortunately, the doctor was rude from the moment she walked in. She asked questions and questioned answers. She also discussed the patient's feelings and ultimately raised her voice at my mother and sister. She also questioned the treatment methods used at Kopernik, accusing them of delays in diagnosis. She persistently and repeatedly criticized the choice of treatment center and persistently "advertised" the hospital in Tomaszów, disregarding the feelings and opinions of my mother and sister. She accused my sister of questioning the doctors' competence, which is untrue. She suggested contacting a hospice and a priest, but then backed off. Her behavior made my sister cry and exposed my mother, who has cancer, to unnecessary stress. We don't criticize the doctor's competence, but we do criticize her unacceptable behavior and the way she treated the patient with unjustified superiority. We consider this unacceptable behavior from a doctor. We already know what to do. Read on and don't allow such behavior. Doctors are not superhuman. They are obligated to behave politely. Yelling is not a form of communication, and patients are not the ones to vent their frustration on.

Dr. Justyna Płusajska is the best doctor I've ever met. Patients feel safe and receive professional care. The receptionists are helpful and polite. I highly recommend visiting the Mirmed clinic.
