I had blood drawn for a genetic test, for which my husband and I paid 2,000 złoty. The nurse only took a quarter of the tube, and it still clotted. I don't understand how someone could be so incompetent and not know how much blood to draw. Of course, there wasn't enough, and we wanted the results quickly, but unfortunately, I had to have my blood drawn again. Of course, we went to a different facility.

During my appointment with Dr. Magda Surówka-Gębka, I had a contraceptive implant inserted. I highly recommend it. The implant itself was virtually painless, performed under local anesthesia, and there was minimal bruising after the procedure. Of course, before the procedure, the doctor conducts a thorough interview and assesses the patient's eligibility. She is highly focused on the patient's expectations and needs, clearly explaining what will be done and what the likely course of events after the implant is inserted, and answering every question. The visit with the doctor took place in a very pleasant atmosphere; she is thorough, professional, and empathetic. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Katarzyna Skorupska is an exceptionally warm and helpful person. Always engaged, patient, and empathetic. She doesn't leave a patient alone, even when it's a difficult case and most doctors throw up their hands. She strives to help. She never pushes the boundaries and presents the facts. The receptionists are helpful and kind.
