The doctor I see is wonderful, the equipment is fantastic, but the reception desk is a disaster. The ladies (I've had two) are constantly grumpy, uncommunicative... and unfortunately, uncreative. It's common knowledge that appointment delays are common, but here they're commonplace, and the lack of thoughtfulness of the receptionists is driving me crazy. They can simply call patients to inform them of the delay... it would save us patients time, and the receptionist, a crowded waiting room, and our irritation (especially since they call to confirm the appointment the day before... so you can, ladies!).

I recommend it. I really enjoyed the service at this clinic. Dr. Wacław Śmiertka is a wonderful doctor. My problem was quickly resolved.

The receptionists' service was appalling, and one of the women commented in an indignant tone, "Everyone has to come in at once." The comment referred to a situation where four patients arrived within 15 minutes of two receptionists serving. It's worth noting that no one else arrived for the remaining hour of waiting. One can only envy such a job. Furthermore, I was unfortunately six minutes late, during which time the previous patient had not left the office. I felt that I was being passed responsibility for the delay that already existed. One of the receptionists addressed me with the indignant tone, "The patients will come in first," which is highly derogatory, considering I am also a patient. Lowering my status compared to other waiting staff is also absolutely unacceptable.
