I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time, but I still had to wait in line for over an hour and a half. When I asked the receptionist why no one had informed me of the delay, I was told "there wasn't time," even though the women were calmly drinking their coffee. Moreover, only after paying was I informed that I had to wait because of the long queue. This is a complete lack of respect for the patient and utter disorganization.

Stupid receptionists who seem to be there as punishment. The queue for the ophthalmologist is a joke. Everyone comes in whenever they want.

I had an appointment for a toothache that occurred when eating and drinking. The problem was with two teeth next to each other—one had a visible hole, the other a damaged filling. During the visit, the doctor only filled a small portion of the filling in one tooth and charged 300 PLN, while the tooth with the obvious cavity was omitted. Unfortunately, after the visit, I have to deal with pain and painkillers for a weekend. I am very disappointed with the treatment and do not recommend this dentist!

I highly recommend it; appointments are always confirmed and on time. Whenever I needed an urgent consultation, the receptionists were available to help me find an available appointment. The doctors are also professionals; I've had the pleasure of consulting with several of them. I highly recommend CM 🙂
