  Doctor Agnieszka Juszczak, unfortunately, is further damaging the reputation of the Olmed clinic. A visit to a wheelchair-bound patient was, unfortunately, beyond her capabilities. Instead of empathizing with the patient's condition, she focused on the legal regulations. She failed to recognize that a 46-year-old with spina bifida, twisted in all directions, is unable to independently transfer from a wheelchair to a car. What kind of examination, what kind of treatment? Unfortunately, this doctor is incapable of both.

  Although there have been delays and it would be nice if the appointment schedules were consistent, I have no other complaints/comments at this time. I visited Dr. Agnieszka Juszczak and, frankly, I feel well cared for. I received answers to my questions and instructions on how to address my condition. She has a humane approach. Best regards.

  I don't know what it was like before. However, recently, since I've been a patient at this clinic, everything has been fine. Appointments were scheduled without any problems and without waiting. Immediate collection in the office. Very good contact with Dr. Wilk, my attending physician.
