A complete organizational failure and a complete lack of respect for the patient. My dad, who lives 150 km from Szczecin, was unable to reach the reception desk. There was no alternative, no callback—the only option was an in-person visit, which, considering the distance, is absurd. The visit to the neurosurgeon in Limanówka yielded absolutely nothing. My dad received no concrete information, no explanation—instead, he left feeling ignored and dismissed. The doctor acted as if the patient were the problem, not the person who came for help. A sick leave? A joke. Written in the style of a parent's excuse to a primary school child ("please take sick leave..."). The result: my dad was ridiculed at work because the document looked extremely unprofessional. The reception desk was another disaster. The billing information was completely wrong—the wrong town, a street that doesn't even exist (and there aren't even any streets in this town), the wrong postal code. Everything was printed in capital letters, so a simple typo was out of the question. This meant I had to go back in person to correct a mistake that should never have happened. And finally, the receptionist, intending to text the doctor, accidentally sent me a message saying: "To be corrected, old man sent it." A comment about a patient. To an outsider. Words fail me. Lack of organization, lack of professionalism, lack of respect—both for the patient and for their time, money, and dignity. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone expecting even a basic standard of medical care.

A huge disappointment and a complete lack of respect for the patient. I live about 150 km from Szczecin and for a long time I couldn't reach the registration desk. The phone was silent, no one returned my calls, and there was no information. In practice, the only way to make an appointment was to make an in-person appointment, which is simply unacceptable given the distance. The appointment with the neurosurgeon in Limanówka was completely worthless. I learned nothing concrete, received no explanations or guidance. Instead of help, I felt disregarded and treated like a problem, not like a patient who came for specialist advice. The sick leave I received looked like a note written by a parent for a primary school child ("Please take sick leave..."). This became a subject of ridicule at work, as the document was simply frivolous and unprofessional. The problems didn't end with the appointment. The billing information was blatantly incorrectly entered—an incorrect town, a street that doesn't even exist (and in my town, there aren't even any streets), and the wrong postal code. The information was in capital letters, so there was no chance of it being illegible. Because of this mistake, my son had to return to the facility in person, wasting another day. Finally, an absolutely unacceptable situation arose. The receptionist, intending to send a text message to the doctor, accidentally sent it to my son. The message read: "To be corrected, the old man sent it." This was a comment regarding the correction of my sick leave certificate. I consider this an extreme lack of courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. In short: a lack of organization, a lack of communication, and a lack of basic respect for the patient. After this visit, I know one thing: I will not return to Pogodno Medical Center and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I wholeheartedly recommend Professor Sagan. The visit was professionally conducted, everything was explained, and he referred me to the ward. He was a man of immense empathy and warmth. He was extremely knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the surgery; my hand problems resolved the day after.

Hello, today is registration day for Professor Sagan. I called, was 10th in line, and waited exactly 49 minutes and 3 seconds, listening to incredibly loud, awful music and, every so often, a barely audible announcement about how many people were ahead of me. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for my disabled child for months. When I was already first in line, the registration desk disconnected me! I called again and was told there were 18 people ahead of me. I know there's no point in waiting again. Professor, this way of registering with you is cruel to the patient...

Today is registration day for Dr. Sagan. Registration starts at 10 a.m., and I can't get through to the registration desk; the women aren't answering the phone. After three months of trying to make an appointment, today, when I finally managed to call and get into the waiting line (let's emphasize after a two-hour wait!), when it was my turn, the registration desk disconnected the call. After reconnecting, I have to wait again as the 50th person in line. The registration desk's approach to patient appointments is a joke, and there's no other way to get in private with Dr. Sagan... a disaster.
