If u are travelling and need to have a Covid test done, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! No-one knows where to send u at first, after one hour of orientation exercise (and waiting in a wrong queue twice where someone else send us) we managed to pay for the test at reception and then the waiting game has started. 3 hours with 4 other ppl to have the test done, the test took 7min and we have been asked to wait outside 15min for the "Rapid" results as they don't know what the email means in 2021! After an hour my wife asked why is it taking so long, the answer was the computer is occupied and the doctor needs to wait to enter the results, after another 40min they told us there is an issue with the computer. Have not mentioned yet that we have done all this with a 2 year old boy on our arms.

This place is a disaster. You have to wait at least two months for a procedure, and then when you're supposed to have an appointment, they cancel it. I reschedule for another appointment, two months later. I show up for the procedure, only to find out the wrong appointment (as if it were that complicated). Waste of time, waste of vacation. Incompetent staff!

This place is a joke. They take two days to refund invoices, as if they couldn't handle it immediately. The accounting department here is a joke. They tell you to come in at a certain time, and then it turns out there's no accountant. It's just mind-blowing. It's not even worth talking about; they're stuck in cushy jobs in exchange for zero responsibilities, not to mention the work organization. This is a complete joke. I don't recommend it.

It's very difficult to get through. It takes over 30 minutes for the secretary to say, "You're number one," and no one picks up the phone.
