  It's a small clinic, but it really cares about its patients. The doctor has never refused me an appointment, and the nurses are very experienced. I also encountered a lot of empathy and help at the reception desk, with the exception of Ms. M., who seems to be distracted by everything but her work. It's difficult to talk to her when she's on a private phone call.

  PRIMAMED is a medical facility with which I have been associated since its inception, i.e., for several decades now... This medical facility truly deserves the title of Family Doctor's Clinic... It provides treatment for entire families, and the doctors understand the family problems of their patients... Despite the division, where one doctor is a pediatrician for children and the other for adults, this is irrelevant, and the patient is cared for according to the highest medical standards. On Easter, Dr. Barbara Krzywańska practically saved my life by calling an ambulance to the Emergency Department of the Hospital in Sieradz... thanks to her rapid response to my suffering, I ended up at the last minute in Invasive Cardiology, where, using the experimental method after a pulmonary angiography with contrast on Holy Thursday, I had over half a kilogram of blood clot removed from my lungs, which saved my life, and now I'm on medication... and if I had stayed in the Philippines as planned, I wouldn't be alive anymore... I realized that I owe my life to the doctors at the Sieradz Hospital and my family doctor at PRIMAMED... If there were a 10-point scale, I would give the maximum, which still wouldn't reflect my "lifelong gratitude for saving my LIFE"... simply THANK YOU...

  The doctors and nurses are highly experienced and empathetic towards their patients. The receptionists are also there, with the exception of one person... Whenever I encounter her, I have nothing but problems. I can't even talk to her. She often sits not at the reception desk but in her car on the square with her phone in her hand. The entire service is a 5. Because of this person, it's a 4.

  Getting through to the clinic is borderline impossible. It's constantly busy; I've called multiple times at different times. Twice now, the receptionist has mixed up patients, issuing a prescription for another patient. This could end in tragedy one day. The receptionist didn't see any problem, claiming she couldn't verify which patient the prescription was for. Elderly people don't always know which medications they should be receiving and return from the pharmacy with prescriptions for someone else, incurring unnecessary costs. If this happens again, I won't let this matter go unpunished.

  The doctors are fantastic, full of understanding, and you can feel the individual approach to each patient and the willingness to help. Simply top-notch. The receptionists are also very kind and helpful. There's never a problem with same-day phone registration or self-registration a few days in advance via eRegistration. A well-deserved 5/5 rating.
