Great service. I felt cared for and at ease before and during the MRI. Maja and Kasia were incredibly kind, always smiling, empathetic, polite, and competent. The technician, Kamil, explained everything thoroughly. I decided to write a review because there aren't many places like this. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and thank you!

This is the first time I've encountered such an unprofessional company. They've been holding my money for over a month (reservation fee). For weeks, I've been bounced from one person to another. I've spoken to the sales office, the accountant, and the CEO, and whenever anyone bothers to answer the phone, I keep hearing the same thing: "You'll have the money in your account within a few days." It's almost been a month and a half since I started trying to get my money back. I'm currently preparing documents with a law firm to get my money back. I do not recommend working with PRIME Spółka MARVIS BIAŁYSTOK to anyone.
