  I wholeheartedly recommend the Primed Clinic in Lublin and the indispensable Karolina! I came to this facility mainly because of midwife Karolina, and it was the best decision I could have made for my first child. Karolina won me over from the very beginning with her kindness and immense commitment. What I value most is the peace of mind she imparted to me – as a young mother, I had many concerns, and she was able to allay every one of them. The visits were held in a fantastic atmosphere; I felt I could ask absolutely anything, even the most trivial things, without hesitation. Furthermore, the daily contact gives me a sense of security. She is a midwife by vocation – a professional and a wonderful person all in one. I use Primed care with my newborn and am satisfied with the standards prevailing there. We highly value Dr. Kominek – she is an excellent pediatrician with a fantastic approach. The other specialists we used also proved helpful and reliable.

  I don't recommend it. The first appointment was fine. The next one, scheduled in four weeks, I received a call that it was being rescheduled for January. January passed, silence. At the beginning of February, I called and asked about my appointment, and the answer was that I didn't have an appointment. It vanished. I asked to ask the doctor about the dosage of the levodopas on Thursday, and the receptionist would ask the doctor and call me back. Thursdays passed, and no one called me back. Of course, after the next call, no one knew I'd called and asked to ask the doctor about the levodopas. It was a disaster. No one knew anything.

  I'm not entirely satisfied with this clinic. My baby's vaccination appointments were postponed due to sudden day-offs. From the beginning, my baby had a problem with severe regurgitation, to which the doctor simply told me to give him more thickener. Unfortunately, this ultimately landed him in the hospital because he started vomiting and became dehydrated. I had trouble with the long wait for the vaccination card to be sent, but I've already received feedback with details about the process, which is completed at the end of the month after approval. I didn't know the reason beforehand. A big plus is the nurse who administers the vaccinations – empathetic and careful – and the midwife, Karolina. She was very helpful and understanding, explained everything, and was very helpful during postpartum visits.

  I see a specialist regularly. The doctor is good. However, the front desk service is terrible. Recently, I've been squeezed into my schedule. The woman at the front desk had trouble writing down the date and time of my appointment. Very arrogant. I recommend doctors, but the front desk service is terrible.

  Good morning, I'd like to express my sincerest thanks to Dr. Katarzyna Kominek and Ms. Karolina Podleśna for their recent tremendous understanding and support during my son Ernest's health problems. She's a wonderful pediatrician, calm and composed (unlike me), she analyzes everything and always hits the mark with good advice. Ms. Karolina is a true force of empathy, and such a positive, smiling person who, despite being tired and working after hours, never made us feel unwelcome at Primed. Although I needed help three times last week, I was accepted, even "excessively," because there was no room left. I will recommend Primed and the doctor to everyone. Thank you again, and I hope, though with pain and sympathy, that I won't have to return to you for a long time with Ernest ❤️😄
