Today I tried to call the facility on Armii Krajowej Street. It took me an hour and a half. I called three times, twice through my own fault, I hung up, accidentally pressing the wrong button. The third time, I got desperate, put the phone down, and sat on it for an hour. I kept hearing "you're first in line" for almost half an hour. I almost ended up in a psychiatric ward, I'm so angry. If this happens again, I promise I'll change doctors, even though he seems innocent in this case. Please do something about it. I called around 3 p.m. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get through on the phone for two hours. It's a bit strange, considering they complain later that patients don't cancel their appointments. How can they do that if no one answers the phone?
