The constant lack of a booking system these days is a disaster. I wonder what the manager of this facility thinks of this solution. Could he have imagined someone feeling unwell arriving at the building in the morning (7:10 a.m.), standing in the rain, already three, and a line forming behind him? When his turn comes, he's told he has to come back at 12:30 p.m. He couldn't book an appointment the day before, even in the evening when he was already feeling unwell, because the system is so backward that the facility doesn't care. How much cheaper is it to hire three people to manage the queue every day?

It's great that the lab is also open on Saturdays—not everyone can come during the week. The staff works like ants, quickly and professionally, and despite the large number of people, everything runs smoothly. About 30 people were seen in an hour and a half—truly excellent organization!

Today, at 7:35 a.m., while waiting in the cold, I was informed that there were no available appointments for Dr. XX. There were about 15 people in front of me, and not all of them wanted to see the same doctor as me. I wanted to register for tomorrow, but I was refused. Why is it possible to register for another day on Pocztowa Street, but not here? It would be worthwhile to alleviate the frustration of these patients and change the registration system. I should mention that this isn't the first time I've encountered such a situation.

It's a disaster!!! You have to ask for a prescription... 11 a.m. is too late to get a prescription for high blood pressure medication that day... The receptionists are very unprofessional and unfriendly, acting as if they're doing you a favor by treating you like you're the one who cares about you, not the other way around... Checking in with a doctor before 8 a.m. is impossible after that...
