If anyone's wondering if it's unusual for the machine to refuse to connect you one time and then announce you're 25th in line the next, I assure you, it's not. I didn't wait in line, as I've been disconnected before after waiting over an hour. I went in person, and they said "there are no seats," and that was that. I don't recommend even trying to get into this clinic; it's a waste of time.

It's a shame you can't give it a 0. The worst clinic in Krakow. It's like back in communist times. Getting an appointment with a doctor is next to impossible, and if you do get in, the doctor doesn't care about office hours and shows up over an hour late, while the crowd of patients meekly waits. What a disaster!

Today I was at the Tuberculosis and Lung Disease Clinic. As I was checking in, the receptionist was uncharacteristically kind and told me I'd be satisfied (a very strange statement, but it turned out to be true). The spirometry was performed very pleasantly and professionally. The doctor is professional, thorough, and takes a holistic view of the patient. I highly recommend Andrzej Laszczyk. Five stars isn't enough.

Yesterday, January 2, 2026, I was shocked. At 11:15 AM, I was able to register with a general practitioner. There were even two options to choose from, both of which I wasn't familiar with. So, 1 star for that. Besides that, 0 is probably too much for the organization.

A lot of negatives, but I give the X-ray and registration workers at the bottom and top 5, I definitely don't remember when in any health center someone treated me so kindly and well, plus the X-ray at CITO was immediately available with the results the next day.
