The dentistry, apart from the waiting times, was fine. The primary care physician was also excellent. However, the nursing care left much to be desired. The nurse on duty on the morning of September 20th was incompetent to perform her job. She began drawing blood without gloves and ultimately was unable to draw it. She referred the patient to Żeromski Hospital along with a urine sample and the ordered blood test kit. Well, a clinic where you can't leave your sample for testing due to the nurse's incompetence...

I'm very satisfied with the medical care, but unfortunately the nurse leaves much to be desired – she's rude and gives the impression that she's completely clueless – maybe that's how it is and she should be a doctor, but for now I'd recommend a bit of humility. It's sad that someone who should be helping and supporting behaves this way, but maybe I'm being too demanding, and this is just a regular clinic where the nurse makes sure that sometimes someone doesn't feel like a patient, but a petitioner :(

I'm surprised by the opinions that it's impossible to get through... on the contrary, compared to other clinics I've used, the Promeda in Centrum C, the communication is almost exemplary. I'll add that often when you really can't get through, they call you back :) The reception staff is great, the nursing care is very good, and the doctors are also decent. I've been at this clinic for several years (previously Vismed) and if it were a bust, I would have looked for an alternative a long time ago :)

I am extremely satisfied with the medical care, the nice atmosphere and the friendly ladies at the reception desk and the doctors are always 100% committed and very helpful. I have been using the services for several years now and I have never been disappointed ♥️

I highly recommend her. She's a wonderful ENT specialist, always on time, and the receptionist is incredibly kind. The offices are beautiful and modern, and accept card payments. The opening hours are also very convenient for those who have time after work.
