  I've been using this clinic for seven years. Compared to the previous one, it's really good. I have no problem registering by phone; I call in the morning, there's a waiting list, and I call back. The receptionists are polite, and I've never been unable to get help, even in an emergency. The pediatric clinic is also, in my opinion, impeccable. It's clear that doctors vary. It's best not to be fooled by a random situation and instead go to the one you're most comfortable with. In my opinion, the negative comments don't reflect the reality. Anyone can have a bad experience once and then end up writing in frustration.

  I do not recommend the clinic, especially Dr. Yul... Kie..ava takes revenge on patients, is very vulgar on the phone to patients, issues sick leave without even informing them that she issued it, the patient has to find out for themselves and then report it to ZUS.

  Adequate reception, when you speak Polish they understand you. For the first visit you need to go to the reception. The entrance to the hospital is on the left side of the pharmacy.

  The worst clinic I've ever been to. Not to mention the excruciatingly long lines when trying to call, the registration staff were incompetent, and most of the doctors were simply rude. Today, after a 50-person queue to register, the woman answered the phone and registered me for a teleconsultation because, she said, that would be enough for the doctor to write a referral for a TSH test. When the doctor called and said she needed to see me... for almost 10 years, there was no problem with referrals before an appointment with an endocrinologist. After contacting the registration desk again, I was informed that there were no available appointments for today or tomorrow. The appointment I've been waiting for six months is in two days. The only positive thing about this entire facility is Dr. Michał Trębacz; the rest is a disaster.

  The Polish Army clinic is a joke. Phone registration opens at 7:45 a.m. According to the timer, that's how I started calling – 57 in line. Thirty minutes later, the woman calls back and says there's only a supplementary registration in the morning and that there are no more spots available, and this has been happening for three days in a row. The only advice the woman at the registration desk gives me is to come in and ask the doctor to see me. I'm already on my way with a fever of 40 degrees Celsius. So, in summary, if you're an adult and enjoy the thrill of having a high fever and no one will see you, I recommend it. I think the only option left for me is to die of a fever at home. As for the children, I have no complaints. My little ones go there, and the doctors are always friendly and very helpful, especially Dr. Chruścicka, who is in her own right. It's a shame adults can't book appointments with pediatricians as well.
