  Assalamualaikum, hello guys I sharing my personal experience for English speaking 🗣️ speaking who don't know polish please go here for treatment. when I in fiever I book online appointment there without paying advance you get here so many types of treatment but I go for family doctor means general doctor (Mrs Barbera ) she can speak good English and understand so guys who don't know polish they can explain your problem in English and get treatment very well and staff also very good who don't have insurance fee is 190 ZL type location Centrum Medyczne "PRZYJAŹNI",

  Disregard the negative reviews. I attended with my son a few days ago and we were seen quickly by a very nice doctor. The people leaving negative reviews are the 1 in 100 or 1 in 1,000 that had a bad experience. The other 99% that had positive experience didn’t leave reviews

  To be honest they do not even deserve 1 star. I tried to book their appointment through Luxmed there is only one Receptionist who picks the calls for English speaking appointments. I waited for 5 days and this happened. First thing he doesn't speak clearly. After confirmation of the appointment he calls repeatedly to change the time slots. He called me four times to change my time. I was kind enough to accomodate his calendar time. However, when I called him back to adjust my appointment to 10 mins further as I was very far from the facility he was not able to adjust even that and cancelled it.He disconnected my call when I made him the request politely.He said it happens like this only in medical facilities. I would never book any appointment from this facility going forward. Moreover, when I asked for rescheduling they didn't have any nearest day or time slot. It's clear that they discriminate people and only prefer appointment for polish people. Don't visit this facility unless you want to face this kind of unprofessionalism and racist attitude of people like this.

  The rules at the clinic are appalling. I came for an appointment with Luxmed. During the appointment, the doctor performed an ultrasound without informing me that it wasn't included in the appointment and that I would have to pay. As I was leaving, the woman asked for payment. This information should have been provided in advance to allow me to obtain a refund from Luxmed or refuse the ultrasound and use a referral. In this situation, it was too late, and I spent my last penny on the ultrasound. Shameful practices.
