  Unfortunately, I have once again encountered very unpleasant and unprofessional behavior from one of the examination receptionists on the top floor of the center on Harcerska Street in Trzebinia. She is clearly nervous, rude, and impatient, and the way she addresses patients—especially the elderly—is inappropriate and inappropriate. This behavior is distressing and should not occur in a medical facility. It's a shame, because it reflects poorly on the entire facility, which actually employs excellent young doctors and very polite and helpful receptionists—both on the ground floor and the first floor. They are empathetic, kind, and professional, making patients feel cared for. I hope management will address this situation, as a high level of patient care should be standard throughout the facility.

  I highly recommend the collection point at this clinic. From the very beginning, the receptionist was smiling and helpful despite the large number of patients waiting.   I share other comments regarding the inappropriate behavior of dentist Giermek. It was pointed out to her in person that her manner of speaking was stressful, rude, and unprofessional. The visit took place in an unpleasant atmosphere, but after switching to another dentist, there were no major problems. I advise caution against certain pseudo-specialists who fail to treat patients with respect and empathy, and I request that the management conduct an investigation and ensure higher standards of patient care.
