Such a poor service, I have made an appointment via the app filtering by English language. I filled the questionnaire in English and asked them to confirm whether the doctor I made an appointment with speaks English. No reply came so we sent another message, still no reply so we assumed as the doctor's schedule was listed in English filter that she is fine with it. Yet after going all the way from the opposite side of the city they said she doesn't speak English and I don't have any chance to see someone else. It would have taken literally 5 minutes to prevent all the problems by simply replying to the questionnaire you asked me to fill. If you are not going to read them what is the purpose of filling them in the first place?

I'd like to extend a huge thank you to Jolanta at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and dedicated. Despite the difficulties with the referral, she did everything she could to ensure I could have the test. Thanks to her, I felt very well cared for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

The PZU office on Niska Street is staffed by wonderful people, and there's a calm, friendly atmosphere. The receptionists are exceptionally patient, kind, and highly sensitive to patient needs. They are true professionals. I'd like to thank all the PZU employees on Niska Street, especially Ms. Irenko.
