My vaccination for Covid 19 was a very good experience today. The staff was very professional and pleasant, guiding my registration, meeting with the doctor, actual vaccination, 15 minute wait and getting me registered for my follow-up vaccine. I received the very best care.

This is a complete disaster!!! It's hard to answer the phone for 10 minutes, even though there's no other connection, and then I hear (another day) "There are no available appointments, please register in person..." It doesn't matter if you have a fever or how you feel, you have to go in person and wait in line because the clinic doesn't accept phone calls!!!! Absurd. If you need a referral for basic tests, first get a few minutes of explanation from Dr. "Z" about how much such tests cost. It's as if she were paying for them out of her own pocket. And if you need a valid sick leave, she suggests going privately for a medical certificate. Not to mention that for orthopedic problems, the doctor suggests learning to live with pain. It's better to learn to live with pain than to treat it. With this approach to patients, I'm not surprised at all why the clinic operates this way. I would understand in-person registration if phones didn't exist. This is a violation of patients' rights. Patients are not required to appear in person at the registration desk, especially: • the elderly • the sick • the working • those living far away Should patients file complaints to change this? You might think I should change clinics? No! Why? There are doctors here I'm happy with!!! Doctor, you'll probably be reading this. Please think about the elderly, the sick, etc. Seriously, do these people have to get up in the morning and run to the window, stand in a line to register with a doctor? How is it possible for someone to run out of sick leave (I know many such cases (patients going to different doctors) who know they're not cured and will have to continue sick leave). It's difficult to get an appointment with a doctor for a checkup and an extension!!! And if such patients miraculously make an appointment two days later, they get another lecture from the doctor(s): "But how can I issue you a sick leave back? Two days? I can't do that, how can you imagine that?" There are plenty of situations like the one I described, just sitting in the hallway, listening, and talking. A doctor can't issue a sick leave back if: • you're reporting "after the fact" without symptoms • more than 3 days have passed • there was no documentation or medical basis Where can you file a complaint: National Health Fund Patient Ombudsman Regional Medical Chamber The ladies at the registration desk are very nice!!! They don't take phone calls and encourage you to register in person because they're doing their job. ! As the person in charge orders.

Unfortunately, my review of this clinic is very negative. I requested a prescription for my regular medication almost two weeks ago and still haven't received it. Despite phone calls, requests, and the explanation that the medication had expired, the only response from the receptionist was a comment that "this is the standard waiting period"—without a shred of empathy or willingness to help. This type of patient attitude is unacceptable, especially when it comes to regular medications. Unfortunately, I consider this clinic the worst in the area and definitely do not recommend it.

The ladies at the reception desk were very polite. The Doppler appointment was the quickest in the area. The appointment time was minimally delayed, but where isn't there?

It's a misunderstanding. I don't know how a facility like this is still open these days. I apologize, but the people who use it are probably used to this kind of behavior. Doctors work as they please, with set hours for no apparent reason. There's a sign on the door that the doctor sees patients from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and leaves at 2:00 PM. My wife scheduled an appointment for a specific date and time, but unfortunately, no one entered it into the system. The nurse, as if as a punishment, suggested not to come here again when I pointed it out. It's a shame they don't work for private companies. Because of this kind of behavior, we continue to live in a country like this. Everyone wants better and more, but we have to start from scratch. Generally, I suggest using other facilities just to compare, so there are other options.
