  The facility is OK (5/5), but Dr. Anita Śnieguła – I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND (1/5) Introduction: I would like to emphasize that I rate the Medical Center itself very highly – 90% of the specialists working here are excellent professionals. However, based on my experience, I categorically do not recommend making an appointment with Dr. Anita Śnieguła. Facts about the visit: 1. Complaint of chronic sore throat: No examination: Despite the reported complaint, the doctor did not perform a physical examination (inspection) of the throat or mucous membranes. No recommendations: No diagnostic plan or pain relief methods were presented. The doctor cited the ongoing winter season as the reason for the lack of diagnostic conclusions. 2. Complaint of herpetic lesions (mouth, face, neck): Ignoring the medical history: I informed the doctor about the lack of effectiveness of acyclovir preparations in my case and about the spread of lesions to my face and neck. ​Therapeutic Decision: Despite information about the ineffectiveness of acyclovir, the doctor re-prescribed a drug from the same class in tablet form. Refusal to Adjust Treatment: The doctor refused to consider a newer generation of medication (valacyclovir) without providing a substantive justification. Summary and Assessment: Medical assistance in diagnosis and selection of effective therapy was not provided. My overall rating: ★★★☆☆ For Scanmed: 5/5 (for standards and other specialists). For Dr. Anita Śnieguła: 1/5 (for lack of examination and ignoring the patient's medical history).

  I've been a patient at this clinic for several years, and at first, I was very happy. Since last year, every time I try to make an appointment, the wait is at least a week (I'll have time to recover in a week). Today, I even asked for a telemedicine appointment, but they gave me a date of March 12th, so I decided to change clinics today. I don't recommend it :)

  I came because they have a treatment room, and I had two stitches in a 5mm wound after a cosmetic procedure. Once there, it turned out there was a problem. Four women gathered (two more were chatting in the treatment room, and another was wandering around with a stethoscope around her neck – I assume it was a doctor) and focused on how not to help me. They demanded a hospital discharge certificate, a report from my doctor, and probably permission from God. When I tried to explain that the wound was 5mm, three weeks old, and that the stitches had been removed from two other wounds a week ago, the women stuck to their guns and added a GP report to the requirements. So I highly recommend it – it's supposedly the 21st century, and the women look like they've been imported from communism. I was refused treatment for no apparent reason; a nurse in the office a few streets away removed the stitches in four seconds, and the visit lasted 15. I was at the clinic for a few minutes, and nothing was done. It is better to find a clinic where the staff is interested in the patient and not just as a problem to be solved.

  This facility has gone to the proverbial dogs. The best doctors have left. I wanted to make an appointment or teleconsultation with a specific doctor, but the appointment was scheduled for April, and it's February, and the teleconsultation is in a week. Am I supposed to laugh? The National Health Fund (NFZ) should take over their operations.

  Jesus, how nice it was to run to this facility, mainly the laboratory, in one go, complete the entire procedure in 10 minutes, in the middle of the day and on a weekday, perform a painless and peaceful procedure, with respect, a smile, and calm answers to all questions, and help, do everything, and leave happy and satisfied after my visit to the SCANMED MEDICAL FACILITY ON PRZEMYSŁOWA. Full of joy and a feeling of accomplishment, thank you for the procedure and the pleasant moment 💙💛+🤍❤️=♥️
