In June 2025, I went to the clinic with a clear recommendation from my doctor to remove the stitches from my finger. Despite this, after examining the wound, the doctor sent me home without performing the procedure. I returned a week later. The nurse who was supposed to remove the stitches simply ripped one out; the pain was excruciating. She then stated that she wouldn't remove the remaining stitches because they seemed to be ingrained. The doctor didn't even examine the wound, but immediately issued a referral to a surgeon. After visiting another clinic, it turned out that the stitches could be removed without any problem; they simply had to be gently moistened, and the scab fell off on its own, allowing for painless and quick removal of the stitches. The entire situation was very stressful and unnecessarily prolonged for me. After this incident, I referred myself and my child to another clinic. I regret to say that my previous review seems to have been deleted, so I'm describing this situation again so other patients can form their own opinions.

Vaccination appointments are two months in advance, and with a sick child, the waiting time is on average 2-3 days. The biggest misunderstanding, however, is that the pediatrician confused teething with a boston flu… and when informed that the child had severe diarrhea and hadn't responded to medication for two days, pediatrician W. replied, "What can I do?" Well, other specialists can use their knowledge and suggest alternative treatment, or at least make a little effort to examine the child to diagnose the cause. Unfortunately, getting an appointment with a good pediatrician at this clinic is next to impossible, and appointments with other clinics are just as bad as they seem…

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend community midwife Ewa Radzik. She is an exceptionally professional, empathetic, and committed individual. From my first visit, I felt I could count on her support and kindness. She patiently answered all my questions, dispelled doubts, and offered encouragement during difficult moments. Her knowledge and experience are invaluable – she was able to advise me on newborn care and breastfeeding, and also provided emotional support during the postpartum period. Always punctual, smiling, and full of positive energy, each visit was a source of peace and reassurance for me that everything was going well. She is a true midwife – warm, caring, and very helpful. I am incredibly grateful for her care and the heart she puts into her work. I recommend her to every expectant mother and young parents – with someone like her, the first weeks of motherhood are easier and more enjoyable.

A wonderful clinic. Very friendly doctors, both in the pediatric and adult departments. Everything is easily arranged, and appointments with the pediatrician/family doctor are quick. The place is very clean and friendly.
