The place is very clean and the medical professionals are up to scratch. Anyone 'well travelled', who feels treated impolitely or is kept waiting, whilst staff bumble about doing their own thing, had better get used to it. It is like this everywhere in Poland. Decades of Communism had wiped out all respect for the next guy.

Some people working at the reception are impolite and disrespectful. Having private conversation with colleagues when patient is waiting is pretty normal there. I can't recommend this place.

I visited the SIRMET Medical Center for occupational health services. It's difficult for me to assess the medical care itself, as I wasn't a regular patient, but only for work-related tests. Unfortunately, the wait time was very long – the lines were enormous, and the doctor was late. The waiting room was hot and stuffy, and there weren't enough seats for the number of people waiting. All of this made the entire visit quite exhausting. If I could have had these tests done elsewhere, I would have chosen a different location. I also believe that with such long wait times, it would be worthwhile to provide more comfortable conditions for patients, such as better ventilation, more seating, and a space for quiet waiting.

My appointment for my work tests went smoothly and without any issues. The staff was completely professional, from the friendly phone registration process to the on-site examination. I highly recommend them and am grateful for the friendly service at the registration desk and in the doctor's offices.

A private appointment with an ophthalmologist was delayed by over half an hour... and not for the first time. There's clearly a problem with scheduling appointments and predicting appointment times.
