  Hello! I wanted to share a positive and detailed review of Dr. Jakub Ratajczak, who, in my opinion, not only helped me but also saved my kidney. I found the doctor after finding Medicus, where I found information on the website that there was a possibility of removing a kidney stone using the URSL method. My condition was so bad that I had to undergo a nephrostomy because my ureter had been punctured during the insertion of a diaphragm catheter at the Alfred Sokołowski Hospital in Wałbrzych. The treatment I received there was appalling, and finally, after six weeks with the nephrostomy, the head of urology there (although upon discharge he claimed he was putting me on the waiting list for stone removal) told me he wouldn't perform the procedure because he didn't have a laser, and I should look elsewhere. During my first visit with Dr. Ratajczak, I didn't expect anything, as I expected he wouldn't want to continue something that another hospital had started. It only took half an hour for the doctor to schedule my stone removal, and within a week I had the procedure. I can't describe the relief and happiness I felt. I had all the tests done quickly. The procedure went perfectly, and the doctor removed my nephrostomy the next day. After the procedure, I had to wear a DJ catheter for another month to allow everything to heal properly. Doctor, if you're reading this, thank you for everything, because thanks to you, I quickly got my life back. My physical and mental condition was terrible, making it impossible for me to function normally. You demonstrated incredible professionalism and empathy. You were supportive after the procedure, and I could consult with you if there were any problems. I wholeheartedly wish everyone could find a doctor like you. Best regards!

  I strongly advise against this facility to anyone who values ​​the confidentiality of their treatment. The clinic is experiencing scandalous situations where sensitive medical data (regarding specialist treatment and prescriptions) is being viewed by unauthorized support staff and shared with third parties. The matter has already been officially reported to the Prosecutor's Office, the National Health Fund, and the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). There is hard evidence in the form of system logs confirming that a specific employee (a nurse) was monitoring my patient record for personal purposes. The facility does not ensure adequate data security, and attempts to investigate the matter have resulted in discrediting me. Please be careful – your records may end up in the wrong hands.

  I'd like to share my opinion about the rehabilitation center. I'm slowly finishing my treatments and can share my objective opinion. I can compare it to when I was here for treatments a few years ago. The current staff are in the right place, starting with Paulina, who is very professional, yet kind and compassionate towards patients. Next, the physiotherapists: Marta, Martyna, and Maria, are very committed to their work. It's clear they enjoy what they do, and their approach to patients is commendable. Those who come here for treatment receive the best care and can always count on a friendly, smiling approach, which is just as important as the professional execution of the treatments. I'm very grateful for the two weeks of care; it's a shame that tomorrow is the last day of rehabilitation. A huge thank you for your help, a grateful patient.
