I'm very pleased! This place gives me hope that the popular opinion about healthcare in Poland will change to a very positive one. I was treated without waiting in long lines and on time. I felt very well cared for. I was cared for with the utmost care. The staff was smiling, happy, polite, and very helpful. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the interior smells fresh. The price is affordable; it's worth trying instead of waiting in lines at other similar facilities and still being treated with kindness. I highly recommend it! Special thanks to the nurse and doctor for their professional service.

I highly recommend SMART Medical Center. The receptionist has a great approach to patients and explains everything thoroughly. Telephone communication was quick, and the offices were modern, well-maintained, and very clean. The doctor was very kind and professional, conducting a thorough interview and examination. I will definitely return and recommend SMART Medical Center 😊😊

Overall: the facility is pleasant and clean, the staff friendly, but I felt it was chaotic, the visit was rather rushed, the doctor answered the phone mid-appointment, and I had to ask several times what I was supposed to do at any given time. Personal information practically flies in the air. When the doctor stepped outside the office for a moment, if I wanted, I could have taken a picture of the other patients' names, PESEL numbers, and addresses, because the cards were lying on top and facing me, so other patients could have done the same with my information. Please, ladies and gentlemen, ensure that such situations do not occur.

I really enjoyed my time at the SMART Medical Center in Krakow. The cardiologist provided very professional service, and the reception staff was also excellent. The punctuality of admissions was noticeable. My visit took place on April 5, 2023. I highly recommend this place.

I visited CM Smart for an orthopedic appointment. Dr. Widawski is a wonderful man with a wonderful approach to patients. He thoroughly discusses everything in detail, asks questions, and explains everything. Great place, great service... The facility is modern. I will definitely use them again! I recommend them.
