It's worth improving the signage and ticket collection process. The signage at the entrance alone is insufficient and lacks clear guidelines. According to the information at the registration desk, I should have collected two tickets, one for registration and one for the examination room, but this wasn't clear to me. I also couldn't find this information in the waiting room. After about 15 minutes of waiting in line, I was informed that I was in the wrong queue and needed to collect another ticket and return to the end of the line. Clear instructions and better signage would significantly improve the quality of service and patient comfort. I see this situation as a significant inconvenience for older people.

I'm dissatisfied with the service. The part where I booked a blood sample with my family doctor was handled correctly. The wait wasn't even a full 20 minutes. However, the diagnostics part was a disaster. I had a certificate and a blood donor book, and the wait was almost two hours. I just wanted to know the price list for blood tests, as my family doctor is partly covered by the National Health Fund, and the rest I have to get privately. Thirteen people got a blood sample before me; maybe 20, if not more. At the registration desk, the calls were private, and some people were just there to collect blood samples or, like me, for information, and in the same collection room for tests. They could have cleared the queue and relieved the ladies at the collection room. When I asked for information at the reception desk, I was told I had to wait. As a customer, I'm changing locations. The doctor was over two hours late (February 13, 2026). The staff didn't care, and because of the delay, one patient had a colonoscopy performed without anesthesia, even though she had scheduled and paid for the procedure with anesthesia. The injured woman and her family should sue the office and the doctors.

The receptionists were helpful and polite, and the woman at Diagnostics was also very nice. The queue system is confusing and unintuitive. Dr. Cymbalak deserves special attention. I highly recommend her to everyone, especially if you're looking for medical help for a child! She's failed miserably twice. She's incompetent, unkind, and uninterested in solving the problem. She just wavers and says, "I don't know what the problem is."

One big date. I had an appointment for 6 PM, and I walked into the office at 7 PM. They take as many patients as they can, and then it's chaos. I won't be going back because I can only wait that long on the National Health Fund, not with my hard-earned money. I don't recommend it.
