I have used the services of this Medical Center many times: blood collection (the blood was drawn gently and almost painlessly, with great empathy for the child), gynecologist (inserting an intrauterine device was quick and painless), surgeon (the procedure was performed on my child without even crying), and consultations with a cardiologist, pediatrician, orthopedist, and dermatologist. I have always been satisfied with the visits and the way they treated me and my children as patients. I admire the nurses working in the reception area for their patience and composure, especially when dealing with difficult patients.

A complete disaster. I scheduled an appointment for a specific time, and then it turns out the doctor isn't there because he left earlier, which the receptionist tried to inform me about by calling the wrong number, of course. They deliberately changed the doctor's number. What a joke, please don't go there.

I don't know who's answering the phone, but before I even had time to grab a pen and paper while sitting in the car, the lady was already dictating another number to call. I only asked if it was a dermatologist, and then I heard, "No, ma'am." Then the number was dictated three times, along with the appointment time, all at a rapid pace. I didn't have time to write it down, and THE LADY HANGED UP, LEAVING ME A WORD. The call lasted 38 seconds. The tone was pretentious. I haven't encountered such behavior at the reception desk in a long time. Maybe it's worth investing in younger staff.

I don't recommend it. I've tried calling the dermatology clinic about 30 times. The receptionist doesn't answer, and when she gets tired of hearing the phone, she hangs up. I called to cancel an appointment, and unfortunately, someone lost an appointment because of this woman. And then she tells the patient they don't call, they don't cancel appointments. Please change the receptionist. I think there are many people interested in this place. I don't give any stars.

The reception at the dermatologist's office is a complete disaster! The women seem to be working as punishment. Especially the very short woman, I think she's over 60, and the significantly taller one, who's in her 40s. Rude and unpleasant women! Such people shouldn't work in such positions and treat them so poorly, especially the elderly and hard of hearing. I hope the medical center will deal with them after my comment.
