We visited Dr. A. Czech, an ENT specialist. We were very pleased with the visit. The doctor demonstrated great professionalism, devoted adequate time to us, and thoroughly explained the treatment plan. She answered all our questions and treated us with kindness and respect. We highly recommend her.

Getting an appointment is bordering on a miracle... you're the first one in line for 30 minutes and nothing... I understand that you have a lot to do at the reception, but to have to wait so long on the day when appointments are open... unfortunately, you have to look for an appointment with the doctor in Warsaw 🙈

Byłam na wizycie u ginekologa w tym centrum medycznym i jestem bardzo zadowolona. Lekarka była niezwykle profesjonalna i uprzejma. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone dokładnie i rzetelnie. Wszystko zostało mi szczegółowo wyjaśnione, łącznie z wynikami i dalszymi zaleceniami. Rejestracja przebiegła sprawnie. Zdecydowanie polecam każdej kobiecie, która szuka fachowej i życzliwej opieki ginekologicznej!

Unfortunately, the patient's well-being comes last. Previously, we turned a blind eye to organizational deficiencies, delays, and increasingly high fees. Waiting times longer than the visit itself, which cost a considerable amount of money, were also a bitter pill to swallow. The loss of patient data and what TW Med did with it was the final straw. Two years have passed since the data of all patients, including my entire family, was stolen, and I still haven't received any information (despite emails and Facebook inquiries) about what they did with it. Most likely nothing, because why invest in a patient? It's also difficult to respond to them. We are resigning from the services of a clinic that values money, not patients.
