My first experience with the clinic was during my pregnancy – I regularly visited my gynecologist, Dr. Jarząbek. Everything was fine, so, tempted by the positive experience, I enrolled my child there. From then on, every visit there was a disaster. After three appointments, we fled (also not without problems). We had the "pleasure" of seeing two doctors who saw our children. Both, in our opinion, were equally incompetent and unprofessional. Everything would have been fine if it weren't for the fact that we decided to vaccinate our daughter with the so-called old, sanitary-epidemiological-reimbursed vaccines (we have that right!). From that moment on, the doctors treated us almost as if we were child abuse. We were persistently pressured to get 6-in-1 vaccines and also vaccinate with optional ones. When we honestly expressed our concerns, we heard comments like, "Please go to the cemetery and look at the graves of little children" – that's a quote! After choosing non-reimbursed vaccinations, we heard hurtful, unprofessional, and downright rude comments like, "Do you want to shove your child so many times? Do you know how much pain and trauma it is for a child?" We also heard a doctor say to a nurse, "It didn't work, we're vaccinating individually." I don't even want to guess WHAT went wrong. Even after the vaccination, there was some malice. After asking the doctor when we should return for our next appointment, we were met with a reproachful, "I don't know, you're acting weird, you're separating them!" Similar comments abounded. However, when we asked about our daughter's ailments, the response was usually, "That's just how children are." Since the decision to opt for subsidized vaccines, the doctors have been rude and mean to us. Fortunately, we've changed clinics, and our daughter and we are treated seriously and professionally. I recommend avoiding this place, especially with small children!

Another appointment in a series of KOC program visits, conducted without a doctor in charge, which is already very poor on your part. Moreover, it was performed by some random, incompetent "doctor" better suited to working with zoo animals than with pregnant women, Mr. Sławomir Piwowarczyk. When the mother asked about the test results (whether such a high white blood cell count is normal and if everything is okay), the "doctor" simply replied, "If you don't like it, please leave, and it would be best to buy some books and read." When asked about the proper development of our child, the "doctor" replied, "I don't know." A typical, rude, textbook visit from the National Health Fund, a "bugger off, keep quiet, and get lost." Truly, there are many animal shelters that require care and not necessarily even the slightest medical work ethic. I recommend it, Mr. "doctor," because you're wasting your time and ours and the taxpayers' money.

I had my pregnancy care at this medical center with Dr. Piwowarczyk and I'm very happy with everything. The doctor is very kind, calm, and professional. The reception desk also always had a pleasant atmosphere, and communication was top-notch.

Unfortunately, I am once again disappointed with the operation of the Ujastek Kurdwanów clinic. At 7:00 a.m., with no one at the registration desk, I couldn't schedule my sick husband's appointment because there were no more available slots. I'm only told to make an appointment in advance, but symptoms appear suddenly and are difficult to predict. I was offered an appointment in another district (Huta) or overnight care – which is impractical for patients. This is not a solution, but a serious organizational problem. I consider this practice to violate the patient's right to equal access to publicly funded healthcare services (Article 6 of the Act on Patients' Rights and the Patient Ombudsman). I hope for improved access to doctors and better management of patient registration." Otherwise, I will no longer use your services.

It's impossible to reach the gynecology department's registration desk. "No agent is available" at any time – morning or afternoon. The woman on the general number refuses to register for gynecology. The problem of an overload of patients is solving itself. :(
