I forgot to add a review right after my appointment, but the ladies at the front desk and Dr. Jańska helped me in an urgent need. My wrist pain was excruciating, and the ER didn't really help after being told I'd have to wait several hours in a place I wasn't supposed to be in. I decided to go here. The ladies responded quickly and were very helpful, despite the lack of available appointments. Thank you again!

My appointment with the ENT specialist was an hour and a half late, which is nothing. Upon entering the doctor's office, I was told that I didn't need to explain my problem because she sees a lot of patients and my hearing is fine. Jadwiga Gorczyca Tarnowska would avoid this doctor as much as possible, but I'll add that my visit was private, not covered by the National Health Fund.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended. I went here for routine checkups and I don't regret it. If I could and it was close, I would change it to a family clinic.

It's a circus, not a clinic. They schedule patients for blood draws at specific times, and when you arrive at your scheduled time, you discover there are five people ahead of you, and for some reason, the blood draw for one person takes 10-15 minutes. My wife is at a clinic in Chorzów and has a blood test scheduled for a specific time. She arrives in the office and leaves in 2-3 minutes. This is some kind of cabaret show, not a clinic. The women at the registration desk are obviously out of luck because it's a public-sector job. Doctors don't want to give referrals for basic blood tests. Why get tested if you're healthy? That's what I heard from the doctor at this clinic. That's why I advise everyone against this clinic.

A very good clinic. Excellent service. Blood draws and injections are almost painless. The doctors and nurses are highly knowledgeable. I recommend it.
