Edit: the doctor has asked me to contact him directly if needed, so it's not the worst place. The doctor was great, however as a foreigner I give the reception 1 star. I tried to call them two different days to reschedule my appointment. The first time noone said anything when I asked if they speak english (the doctor does). The second day, I was told "my colleague will call you" but they never did. I also sent them an email, and I never got a reply for it. Therefore I can not choose this place again, because they have no protocol to deal with foreigners when they don't speak english. Which is a shame because the doctor was great and spoke english well.

Strange people, they asked skierowanie for standard analyses, which doesn’t need anything except payment…

We made an appointment with two children, but the lady at the reception let several children pass ahead of us. We sat in the corridor for more than an hour. After which he said that the doctor was late, when I asked him to call, she said the doctor was already here. It’s even worse here than in the free NFZ, although this is a paid clinic.

Very helpful staff and a very professional and thorough doctor who took the time to listen and analyse my medical condition and then explained the treatment.
