A visit to the dentist's office. A young dentist undertook to reconstruct a tooth that the "expert" from the Szturo clinic on Obwodowa Street was afraid to treat. After the procedure, the tooth regained its shine and appearance, and it doesn't hurt when drinking hot or cold fluids. I'm satisfied and can recommend this facility. The treatment was covered by the National Health Fund, so there was a long wait for the appointment.

I can't say anything about the doctors, but the receptionists are a complete joke. They're misleading, don't provide important information over the phone or during check-in. They're also incompetent. They're also rude, grumpy, and they laugh and talk amongst themselves... it's a scandal.

To quote the doctor, "I don't have time." I've booked a private appointment, and it's obvious I'm demanding it because I'm paying my own hard-earned money. The doctor was so busy that she couldn't help me and get my tooth done properly, and 260 PLN was spent on anesthesia. I don't recommend her. The service is very unfriendly, plus they never schedule appointments for treatments, and it's like, "Please call, maybe something will be found someday." What's more, when I called for an appointment, I was misled. A man was supposed to see me, but a woman saw me.

One star is still praise. How can someone shout at a patient, be downright aggressive, not listen to what they're saying, and make a false diagnosis when it's obvious it's a cystitis? Not be dressed neatly for a doctor? Dr. Wróblewska, women, steer clear.

The approach is tragic, the lady from across the eastern border cannot even hold a conversation with the child to calm him down or explain what he is doing at a given moment, the place is definitely discouraging for both the child and the parent.
