  I have very mixed feelings. The doctor I had an appointment with was completely professional, I highly recommend him. The women who informed me about the costs during the initial phone call quote potentially lower prices than they actually were, while the woman who estimated the procedure was supposed to call me back the next day at the latest (I indicated that time was of the essence) to finalize the details. I waited a week, and then received a text message asking if I was ready... The service is very lacking.

  A very patient-friendly place, both in terms of the building's aesthetics and the patient-centered approach. A beautiful aroma upon entry. The receptionists are incredibly kind and have a great approach to both patients and their companions. The consultation with the doctor took place in a pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Ciszewski demonstrated tremendous empathy; he repaired what another doctor had damaged a few days earlier—restoring my faith, calming my emotions, and providing a plan of action. The nurse present during the procedure was always smiling. Although the procedure wasn't the most pleasant, this place and the people working there definitely deserve a recommendation. I highly recommend it.

  I had surgery at the clinic to repair a lumbar disc herniation. Dr. Grabarczyk performed the procedure. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. I went home the next day on my own, whereas before that I could barely move. I'm 14 days post-op and feel like a healthy person. The care at the clinic before and after the surgery was exemplary.

  I had a thyroid biopsy performed at the clinic, covered by the National Health Fund. The doctor was arrogant, offering no explanations or warnings, just trying to get it done quickly. No anesthesia, which is pretty standard. Then a few weeks for the lab to process the results. But worst of all, to get the results, you have to go back to the doctor a month later for another appointment. A month, when such a biopsy can reveal cancerous changes, and a month can decide someone's fate. The process of getting the results is as simple as the doctor signing off and that's it. When I asked what the results actually meant, he replied, "I don't know, I'm a surgeon. I know how to remove a thyroid gland, but for things like that, you have to see an endocrinologist." A month of waiting to get the results from the doctor, and I learned as much as I'd read. I could have picked up the results from the reception desk at a convenient time, without the queues, and I wouldn't have lost anything; in fact, I would have gained something. Overall, I don't recommend it.

  I do not recommend the Wilmed clinic. I feel cheated and misled even during the qualifying appointment. Before scheduling my appointment, I received an email from the clinic stating that the cost of a tonsillectomy starts at PLN 7,000, and that the price includes general anesthesia, a hospital stay, and post-operative care. Based on this information, I decided to schedule a qualifying consultation, waited, and paid PLN 400 for the appointment. After the consultation, however, it turned out that additional costs had been added to the PLN 7,000 amount, which had not been clearly disclosed beforehand: • anesthesia: PLN 2,000 • stay: PLN 1,100 So, the final cost of the procedure would have been significantly higher, even though the email stated that these items were included in the price. During the conversation at the reception desk, instead of a thorough explanation, I heard things like, "The procedure could cost 10,000 PLN, but the doctor quoted 7,000 PLN, and the rest are separate costs." However, I wasn't informed of this before the appointment, and if I had known the true total price, I wouldn't have booked at all and would have looked for another clinic. In my opinion, this is a deliberate attempt to present an attractive price to get patients to come in for an appointment, only to learn about the additional fees later. As of now, I'm at a loss: • the time spent on the appointment and waiting, • the 400 PLN consultation fee, • and the stress and anxiety associated with the entire situation. I believe such practices are unfair to patients and plan to report the matter to the appropriate institutions: • the Patient Ombudsman, • the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), • and the National Health Fund (NFZ) / the relevant body supervising the facility's operations, if warranted. I would like to warn other patients: please carefully check all costs and request a full written quote before your appointment, as the information provided via email may not match what is provided later. Attached to this review is an email from the clinic and a transcript from the qualification card showing the costs I received when booking the procedure. Reply to the clinic's response on February 5, 2026: Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for your response, but I consider it unprofessional and inconsistent with the information you provided me before my appointment. In your email, you clearly stated that the price of the procedure "from 7,000 PLN" includes general anesthesia and a stay at the clinic. This clearly suggests that these are included in the price. After the consultation, I was presented with additional costs that I had not been informed about in advance: Anesthesia: PLN 2,000 Stay: PLN 1,100 Your explanation that "it was impossible to determine this before the visit" is inconsistent with the fact that you indicated these items in the email as included in the price. If their cost could not be disclosed, you should have clearly stated that these were additional fees or provided a price range. I maintain my position that the manner in which the costs were presented was misleading and deceptive to the patient, and that the consultation was used to present the actual costs only after the PLN 400 fee was charged. Therefore, I inform you that I will report these matters to the Patient Ombudsman and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), as I believe such practices may violate the obligation to provide accurate information to patients about the price of medical services. I encourage you to read the attached email I received before the visit, as I have the impression that you did not read it. I also want to inform you that I did not receive any telephone consultation, nor did anyone explain the cost structure to me beforehand. At the reception desk, I got the impression that the employees were surprised by the content of the email I received (asking each other "who sent this email") and only then tried to explain the situation in various ways. I was hoping for a thorough approach, but the response I received seems automated and inconsistent with the actual course of events. Sincerely,
