Failure. Dr. Walczak graciously gave me a referral to specialists. She also refused to issue me a referral for parasites, claiming that such a test wasn't among the tests she could order. I visit this clinic once a year, maybe even less often, and it's a huge problem getting referrals. I've been paying health insurance for many years, and what happened to me today is embarrassing. I will definitely report this matter to the Patient Ombudsman and the National Health Fund.

I've been going here since I was a child. It's true that appointments can be difficult in some places when you need them quickly, but I've never had an appointment become unavailable within a few days. In my opinion, the ladies in the office are very friendly, always smiling, and Dr. Walczak has never had any problems. The appointments are focused, I always feel like she listens carefully, and I always get questions about symptoms that I sometimes forget to mention at the beginning. They're thorough and quick enough, but not so quick that I feel like I'm being colloquially "ignored." I highly recommend them :)

Much has changed in the past nine years in terms of patient care, and for the better, of course. Dr. Korda is professional, polite, and straightforward. I recommend the blonde receptionist, who is polite and helpful. As for the nurses who draw blood, everything is really great. The only downside is that they're often completely booked on the day you want to come in for an appointment, for example, because you have a cold. I recommend clinics.

A joke and a mockery, appointments for next week. A serious infection overnight, the doctor supposedly works until 1:00 PM, and at 11:30 AM says "she doesn't have time anymore." It's impossible to come with an urgent matter.
