  I had a planned c section in Żelazna hospital and I would rate 1000/10 and give more than 5 stars to this place. My personal experience is really positive. I was treated with respect and kindness. After the c section the midwives were also super nice and friendly. They frequently checked on me and my baby. Took great care of us and here I am a week after the surgery feeling great already. I thank each doctor and midwife who has been with me in the c section and after the section. May God bless them all. Not only was the operation so smooth but also they made sure in each step that I was okay. Atmosphere was cosy. Great hospitality Thank youuu

  On 2025 june ⁰¹, we welcomed my baby girl into the world, and I'm so happy to share that we were incredibly well cared for throughout our entire hospital stay. As a foreigner, I was initially worried about a possible language barrier, but those fears quickly disappeared-there was more than enough English-speaking staff to ensure clear communication. The midwives were absolutely amazing, providing attentive and compassionate care from the very beginning of labor right up until we were discharged 15 days later It wasn't just the midwives-every member of the team, from the doctors to the nurses, was supportive and professional. The doctors took the time to make sure I fully understood evervthing before any decisions were made about labor. The nurses were kind and attentive whether they were taking blood, bringing medication, or just checking in to make sure we were comfortable . Deeply from the bottom of my heart Thank you so much to the entire hospital and staff for making this experience such a positive and memorable one.♡

  My birth here was the best experience I ever thought I’d have delivering a child. The staff was extremely supportive, professional and kind from reception to the cleaners. My midwives were amazing (Ms Wiktoria Góral); the meals were healthy and balanced and the rooms very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

  I went to the emergency room at 40+2 thinking I was having contractions. They took me in for an examination without waiting. Then we learned as a result of the nst that I had no contractions. It is not easy for a person who has not had contractions before to distinguish pain from contractions. The doctor in the emergency room really hurt me during the examination. Even when I made a small sound, he continued the procedure with a rude and soulless attitude without apologizing. The old women at the reception were also very condescending and rude. I would also like to thank the girl with short orange hair at the entrance, she was the only person who worked there with real empathy. They took me to the pathology department. After another painful vaginal examination in the pathology department, I had the same rude experience again. Here, I distinguish between the experienced old authorized people and the young and willing students. When I ask you that you are in Europe and do you know English, you continue to speak rudely. Please be a little more cultured and polite. Tell me that their world is not just about the environment they live in. The rest of my experience was fortunately very positive. A male doctor who examined me in the pathology department accepted my request for a cesarean section. Of course, I had valid reasons. He operated on me immediately and I had a great operation with the anesthesiologists and his team. My wife and I went into the caesarean section. The support from the midwives and nurses that started after was perfect. I felt like I was in a private hospital. Almost everyone knew English or they would immediately direct me to those who did. All my questions were answered day and night. But just like every place has its own specialty, one of the most special people there for me was Julia Banatch Her approach to the patient is emphatic. She understands you, listens to you and calms you down. She helped me with her smile day and night to solve all my problems. She is the angel of the maternal unit

  The midwives during the delivery are great ladies. Caring, friendly, exactly what a pregnant woman needs. The nurses and women in the wards, especially those on the 3rd floor, are the exact opposite. They greatly lack basic social skills. When asking where you can find your wife, they tell you to call her on her mobile. They shout into the rooms trying to talk to someone, and of course the babies then start crying. They regularly mess up tests. They are not caring and friendly. If this were possible, I'd suggest delivering with the help of the great midwives and then immediately leave so you have no contact with the others... wish it worked like that!
