A medical center where no one works. They don't pick up the phone at the reception for hours, or pick up and say that there is no such doctor here. I do not recommend this center.

Unfortunately, the staff showed a complete lack of respect for the patient. While waiting for a private appointment, there was a 45-minute delay, not a word of apology, and the women didn't even feel embarrassed. The doctor, Tomasz Cieślik, also rudely failed to inform the receptionist about the delay. Overall, it was a waste of time after noon. Furthermore, the entrance isn't on Pachońskiego Street!

I'm very pleased with my visits to this clinic! Both the doctors and the reception staff deserve the highest praise. The doctors treat patients with incredible commitment, empathy, and professionalism – they explain everything thoroughly, take their time, and truly listen. It's clear they care about the patient's health and comfort. The reception desk is also exemplary – the staff is always smiling, helpful, and friendly. Registration is smooth, and all information is provided clearly and patiently. The atmosphere at the clinic is very friendly, making even stressful visits much easier. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place that combines professionalism, empathy, and friendly service ❤️

Fantastic clinic 😍 The receptionists are very helpful, wonderful, and empathetic. The doctors are great; I currently see Dr. Paweł Robak, and previously Dr. Weronika Złotowska. Their approach to patients is top-notch, warm, and very humane, yet professional. I also have a positive opinion about the wonderful staff in the treatment room. I believe that in every respect, this is a clinic for the 21st century, where patients are treated like human beings, with understanding and respect.

I've been using this facility for several years now and I'm very happy! The receptionists are always friendly and smiling. I've never had a problem registering or making an appointment. For a facility covered by the National Health Fund, this is a huge compliment for such a high standard of both the facility and the service! And the doctors are wonderful! Competent, empathetic, and caring! I'm glad I belong to this place ❤️
