  I've been attending this clinic for two years. The doctors (a gynecologist and a radiologist) are dedicated physicians. They are excellent at their jobs, but the registration process leaves much to be desired. Misinformation, a lack of communication, and multiple versions of the same case, all of which the doctor has no clue about. Furthermore, the young woman's arrogance and fabrications were definitely inappropriate. The doctor, with class, asked about the changes himself and apologized, but the receptionist didn't even say "Goodbye." Lack of manners...

  I made an appointment with my doctor for a breast biopsy over three weeks ago. My appointment and examination were scheduled for today. Unfortunately, the day before, I received a call from the clinic saying the doctor was on vacation and the examination would not take place. I didn't receive any other appointment suggestions, and the woman who informed me was unconcerned. The fact that I had to find a new doctor, re-schedule the examination, and wait another week didn't interest her at all. The approach to patients was incredible. Incidentally, it's interesting that the clinic accepts appointments while the doctor is on vacation.

  There's a lack of compliance with any pandemic-related measures. The clinic doors should be closed, and an employee should open them, rather than crowding people in the reception area. Patients shouldn't be allowed to meet with other patients, and appointments should be made so infrequently that they don't encounter each other in the hallway/waiting room. The doctor/registration clerk should wear a disposable apron, the terminal should be disinfected after each use, and the room should be ventilated. It's impossible to manage all this if patients are booked in every 15 minutes—it's all about making money, regardless of the situation. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because the doctor working there, dermatologist Ms. Wiszniewska-Gauer, is a high-class specialist, kind and competent, and the receptionist is very friendly and energetic. Unfortunately, the management issues give the impression of poor, typical commercialism. I didn't feel safe there.

  A "famous doctor" asks for an opinion immediately after a visit (??). The impression after the visit isn't important, but an accurate diagnosis and treatment results are. A "famous doctor" also wants to share my data with "trusted partners," so it was ignored. I had a problem for 30 years that lasted and looked similar to the one my friend had, who was treated by Dr. Andrzej Szmurło. No doctor, foreign or domestic, could make an accurate diagnosis for me for over a quarter of a century. Dr. Szmurło took several dozen seconds. He was the first to consider examining the skin with a lighted magnifying glass. He prescribed medication (for six weeks) and the whole thing cost 180 PLN. After the treatment, a chocolate and nut test, usually associated with irritated redness of the facial skin, showed a complete recovery. My friend's diagnosis was different but equally accurate, as was the treatment prescription. Regardless of his professionalism, the Doctor has my favorite "pre-war kindergarden" style, even though he's very post-war. If you're looking for a good and affordable doctor, why do you need two when you have Dr. Andrzej Szmurło?
