The receptionists are very helpful. My daughter has been registered at this clinic for four years and she's always there for help, especially from Ms. Monika, who shows her heart to her child both before and after vaccinations. The vaccination staff are also great!

I highly recommend this clinic. Both the doctors and the receptionists are wonderful. Especially Monika, who is always smiling, helpful, and well-organized. She can efficiently resolve any issue while remaining calm and professional.

I wish there were more women in the clinic like the receptionist Monika, who made the child feel better after the vaccination and despite the pain, he left the clinic with a smile. She is empathetic, always helpful and you can see that the children love her.

I don't recommend it. The receptionists have a terrible, rude, unattractive, and icy attitude. This is mainly from July 10, 2025. She sits there offended, sulking, and snarling with condescension at the answer. If this woman isn't happy with her job in child health care, she better quit because she's definitely undermining the work of SEVERAL other employees and ruining the entire clinic's reputation with her arrogance. The doctors are also uninterested in their work—just trying to "drum it out." Shame on you, you work with children.
