  I recommend the orthodontist. The nurses are very nice. The orthodontist has a professional approach to children. A plus is that there are no queues, and the visit is quick and efficient.

  The service is a complete disaster, except for two blonde women. The brunette receptionist is completely unprofessional. She sits and laughs on the phone instead of attending to her work and the patients who try to reach her all day. An older woman with short hair (cut like a boy) is very arrogant and raises her voice at patients, which I find unacceptable. Working with people generally involves normal conversation, and if she doesn't want to work there and doesn't like it, she can always change jobs. I can't imagine going to a doctor and having someone treat me like that and raise their voice at me. Please take care of this clinic, because its reputation is as bad as a corpse.

  Start answering the phones. They've been busy all day. I went to the branch after the 50th busy call and stopped at the reception desk. I called. The phone was still busy. I called again, still busy. And no one was on the line. One woman was answering the phone at the window, the other was working on the computer. Out of curiosity, I called four more times after 5 PM and after 6 PM. Still busy. No one was on the phone, and the phone was engaged. It was a landline. I think the phone was hung up so I wouldn't be bothered. I wonder how much the company owner will pay for electricity if the phone wasn't hung up all day and night. So I wanted to make an appointment through Moje PZU. But no one will ever get through to PZU. Unfortunately, there's only one branch in Ostrołęka and the surrounding area within a 35-kilometer radius that has a contract with PZU. I wonder if the company owner knows that the women hang up so no one can get through. Maybe they should be made aware of this?

  MARIA KURSKA-GRABOWSKA (Someday you'll have someone on your conscience—or maybe you already do!) I have no idea how to find a decent doctor willing to help with my problems (I have severe sleep problems, anxiety, and I feel lonely and rejected), especially a doctor who treated me this way. Honestly, my visit with this psychiatrist was a complete failure. Firstly, I was shocked and saddened by the way I was treated. Secondly, the doctor immediately started accusing me, saying I was a drug addict because I take painkillers and an alcoholic (the esteemed psychiatrist didn't get the point, as I occasionally drank a beer in public, but I never abused alcohol. Now, for two years, I haven't touched a thing because I'm taking medication prescribed by a neurologist—he said it was a post-vaccination complication, so absolutely nothing to mix with alcohol). Your behavior was very unprofessional and inappropriate, and your remarks to the patient were inappropriate. I feel very hurt and uncomfortable after this visit, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone else. I should add that I waited six months for this appointment and had to travel over 40 km to this facility. I was disgusted with both the facility and the doctors in this specialty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. IT'S A WASTE OF TIME, NERVES, AND MONEY.
