  I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Stefański is a professional, thorough, and empathetic doctor who dedicates the appropriate amount of time to each patient and explains everything clearly. The customer service is excellent—efficient, courteous, and helpful. Special thanks to the woman who handles prescription follow-up via email—communication is quick and easy, and matters are handled efficiently and with great kindness. The organization and patient care are excellent.

  We sought help from an ophthalmologist, and even though the patient was difficult, the doctor somehow found his way to him and allowed him to perform an examination. I'm extremely pleased because he pointed out symptoms that others ignored. I highly recommend him!

  At my previous clinic, when I had a lumbar disc herniation, they told me to take a taxi to the hospital for surgery. :) I checked in here and received immediate help – medical transport, MRI, treatment, and rehabilitation. Thanks to Dr. Stefański and the rehabilitation specialist, Kasia, I can function again without surgery!!! In short – I recommend it 101%!!!

  I transferred to this facility two years ago because I was very satisfied with the services and appointments. Suddenly, when I moved, the magic was broken. The neurologist asked me to schedule an appointment with her for November with my results because something was definitely happening. I went to the receptionist, and she told me the doctor's schedule wasn't available yet and to call back in three or three hours. I called and was told the schedule had been open for a while but there were no appointments. When I told her the doctor asked if she could squeeze me in, she told me to call every day and see if they could find something. After two days of calling, they stopped answering my calls. I also had an appointment with a neurologist at their other clinic 150 meters away. I was on time, but there were technical difficulties. Ultimately, I couldn't get in because I had to go to work after waiting an hour and a half in the hallway. When I tried to reschedule my appointment, the woman said she was completely out of appointments and that was it. It's a disaster... I don't recommend this place.

  I'm very pleased with this facility. My child and I go there together. The wait times for appointments are never long, the doctors are competent, and everything is always handled efficiently and in a friendly atmosphere.
