What a great clinic!!! 👌🤩 Very kind and helpful ladies at the registration desk. They're always willing to help and advise, and they truly represent Yakumed. Thank you and I appreciate it. 👏❤️ You can easily reach them by phone, which isn't always the case in other clinics... Dr. Katarzyna Jakut is a role model for many doctors. She's a very empathetic, kind, and warm person, and that means a lot to us patients. Her professional and wonderful approach makes you feel better immediately after leaving the office. THANK YOU SO MUCH ☺️ If it were possible, I'd give you many more stars. I highly recommend her!!! 😊

Polecam tę przychodnię. Zostałam przyjęta mimo że właściwie nie było już miejsca. Pani dr Jakut jest niezwykła. Nigdy wcześniej u żadnego lekarza nie otrzymałam kroplówki po trzydniowej chorobie silnych wymiotów silnego bólu głowy wręcz migrenowego bólu. Na miejscu otrzymałam dawkę elektrolitów. Pani pielęgniarka, która podała mi tę kroplówkę była tak delikatna, że nie poczułam wbijania igły do żyły. Bardzo jestem wdzięczna. Czułam się bardzo zaopiekowana. Dziękuję.

A super professional clinic. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. It's very easy to get through to them, as they handle matters very quickly and efficiently. The doctors are very good. Finally, something normal in Pszczyna :)

I would like to sincerely thank the entire clinic team, including Dr. Jakut. But I especially thank Ms. Ola, who works at the front desk. Ms. Ola is an incredibly kind and professional person, approaching patients with compassion and immense patience. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and address any concerns, making patients feel truly cared for and at ease. This approach is rare and a huge asset to the entire clinic. I highly recommend this facility!

A wonderful, modern clinic. Visits to Yakumed are a pure pleasure. Dr. Jakut, the nurses, and the receptionists are a professional team. I highly recommend them.
