I don't recommend it. I've been trying to reach them for two weeks now, and of course, no one answers the phone. It's a disaster. Why are they even in the registration office if they don't answer the phone? It's time to report this to the higher-ups!

40 minutes on hold and still no answer - a shame. A call to Kol-Med's competitor was answered immediately. If you like wasting time listening to background music, I recommend Cer-Medic.

Getting through to this facility specifically for occupational medicine is next to impossible. Other departments answer calls without a problem, but the women at the occupational medicine registration desk ignore the patient. It's simply beyond words.

I can't get through. Even though I was next in line, I still spent over 30 minutes on the phone and still didn't get through. My cell phone was still turned off.
