  I may have gotten in quickly, even though it was covered by the National Health Fund, but I don't think it was worth it. If you don't want to encounter a lack of professionalism, I advise against coming for a gynecological appointment with the doctor here. I believe that expressing your own life dilemmas or questioning the life choices of someone who was just recommended to see a psychiatrist is inappropriate, and even inappropriate. Spreading conspiracy theories – even those not medical ones, but I don't intend to air them here on this forum to spare this man embarrassment – ​​is simply a matter of comment. Hence, launching into an enlightened lecture on life at the end of the appointment seems grotesque. The examination went well, and I even became an assistant, which didn't harm me in any way. I also understand that I won't encounter a skirt or slippers on the National Health Fund, which is fine – there's a balance, since the doctor didn't get a coat (he did get gloves), and on top of that, someone probably forced him to wear an unbuttoned belt and fly – but I wouldn't have suspected that in just a turtleneck and socks, someone would order me to clean up after myself (rip off the paper and unroll a new one). I didn't have a problem with the procedure itself, especially since "those are the rules here," but I didn't agree to it until I was dressed. What I did have a problem with was the tone and the terminology that accompanied it – "sweetheart" or "honey," either of those. I would never have thought of saying that to a stranger. Furthermore, the doctor placed his hand on my knee a few times as he passed – NOT in a sexual tone, but rather to support himself, which doesn't change the fact that it was simply unnecessary and compromised my comfort, especially since lying on a gynecological chair is stressful enough for me. My questions were answered with answers that led me to conclude that this is just female nature and I should read a book called Endocrinology, while also making me look like an idiot by explaining the absolute basics I didn't ask about – it's been about a month since my appointment, and my blood pressure is still rising just remembering it. Congratulations. I'm not even going to get my results. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but after briefly talking with this doctor's patients, I conclude that this is normal. I have no business sharing this here, but I don't feel comfortable with how I was treated (excluding anyone outside the office, as they were really friendly) and that I didn't expect it; someone else will be able to avoid it.

  I recommend this clinic; my son attends the pediatrician there :) It's just a shame the pediatrician has already passed away, because she was a wonderful person :) P.S. The receptionists were also very helpful, and the young lady with black hair deserves special praise.

  Absurd. The clinic is open from 8 a.m., and at 8 a.m. sharp, I called to schedule an appointment. Three attempts, no one answered. The fourth time, the line was busy, and so on for another 10 attempts. On the 15th call, there was a dial tone, but unfortunately, no one answered. And several more times, the line was busy. 46 calls made, unfortunately, to no avail. If you prefer direct contact with the client, please eliminate the phone calls, as they confuse and unnecessarily upset people. In this case, unfortunately, the only option is to arrange a private appointment, despite paying health insurance contributions. Shameful.

  The Medieval clinic only accepts blood tests in test tubes. The lady in charge of the laboratory doesn't accept urine containers, although this isn't a problem at other facilities. Test results aren't available online; you have to go to the trouble of registering two days later. Unthinkable in 2023. On top of that, there's a constant change of primary care physicians. Currently, only one doctor sees patients here.
