Although the Polish healthcare system has strict regulations that govern situations in which a primary care facility may refuse to admit a patient, as well as cases in which a patient has the right to a visit (e.g., life-threatening situations), the family doctor is the person who decides whether, for medical reasons, it is necessary to provide the patient with healthcare services on the day of their appointment. However, the receptionist decides in this case and suggests a return visit in a week at least by the end of January. It's better to go to the emergency room immediately.

I don't recommend it. I had an appointment today, waited 2 hours to be told I "cancelled" my appointment, then was scheduled for the same day. After another 2 hours, I still haven't gotten an appointment. I don't recommend it!!

A top-notch clinic with a wide selection of specialists. I especially recommend Dr. Jeziorska. She works with dedication, care for her patients, and has personally helped me greatly. I wish there were more doctors like her!

The reception is terrible, you have to call several times from different phones to get anything done for an elderly person
