Reaching this clinic by phone is next to impossible. In the morning, one number is inactive, and the other is constantly busy, even though you're on the line. Perhaps the receptionists would answer the phone instead of making morning chats and coffee. Later in the day, even if you manage to call the doctor, you can't get in. It's also impossible to schedule an appointment for the next day. This clinic's policy leaves much to be desired.

Once again, I'm presenting with a patient registered at the clinic with various ailments. This time, for two days, I've been experiencing severe chest tightness. Of course, the front desk refuses to accept such a patient. It's a disaster. It's impossible to get through by phone, and I won't even mention making an appointment or seeing someone in an emergency.

It may be nice, neat, and clean, but someone working during a high-incidence period, such as a cold, has no chance of registering with a GP. There's no way to reach the clinic in the morning, and when I ask the doctor in the afternoon if he'll see me, he says he doesn't know. How can I get treatment here? Besides, why can't I register for the next day like at other clinics?

This clinic is a disaster these days!!!!! At 8:00 a.m., there are no appointments available because there are only two primary care physicians. Of course, everyone has the right to choose the clinic that best suits them. This used to be my best clinic, and now I'm disappointed with the patient.
