  I’m not the one who usually leaves reviews, but holy WOW! The entire experience at Klinika Miracki truly deserves it. From the moment I arrived at the Aleja Wilanowska 67 branch with my mom, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Aleksandra Bogaczewicz and her team went above and beyond — not only delivering outstanding treatment results but also taking the time to educate me about skincare and how to address my ongoing hair concerns. And a special shoutout to Pani Gosia, who was the cherry on top of the cake — her professionalism, patience, and kindness made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I left the clinic feeling confident, cared for, and truly impressed by the dedication and friendliness of everyone I met. Klinika Miracki can be very proud of having such an exceptional team — the kind every other clinic can only dream about! If I could, I would give 10 stars for this truly incredible experience.   I am a British expat living in Poland and decided to undergo Vaser Lipo & BBL with Dr Jakub Bragoszewski and I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Having surgery outside of the UK is something I was worried about because I was unsure of regulations, accountability and general horror stories that get reported. I really did not need to worry and I will be returning to have more procedures. Procedure On the morning of the surgery I was really put at ease, Dr Bragoszewski is very calming, friendly and sincere person who clearly knows what he is doing. He outlined very clearly where he was going to lipo and transfer the fat and told me exactly what he as going to do so there was no confusion or uncertainty. I spoke to the anaesthesiologist who had excellent English and was very clear in what to expect. I had never been under general anaesthetic before so naturally it was something I was anxious about. Everything about this process was professional, clear and I understood what was going on. Post surgery, when I was coming round, it was clear that Dr Bragoszewski really cared about how I was feeling and again explained that the surgery went very well and gave brief overview of what happened. As I have been under on the static for five hours it took me a little longer to be compass mentis but there was a nurse to help me with anything I needed and overall the experience was incredibly positive considering it was my first time ever going under general anaesthetic and having invasive surgery. After-care The after-care was equally as professional. I saw the doctor the day after the surgery, 10 days after and 6 weeks after that. All of these went well, I healed as expected and the results are great and just what I wanted. When going for a VPL I wanted a natural look and he understood exactly what he was doing and what I wanted. Cost Unbelievably reasonable, in the United Kingdom I would've paid more than double of what I was charged. I won't write what my quote was as I've booked this during the Black Friday sale, but I also added on extras before the surgery. I am about to move to Dubai however I want some more surgery and will definitely be flying back to Poland and this clinic for this as they have my trust 100%. Location & Clinic Very clean and modern. I have visited 3 locations and all of them match each other and very well presented. Customer Service Every time I have visited this clinic I have ALWAYS been met with incredibly polite, personable and welcoming staff. Every time someone walked past me, they said hello (in Polish of course). The doctors, nurses and assistants are lovely and genuinely friendly. Patient care and well-being clearly comes first, second and third rather than trying to swipe your money as soon as possible (which unfortunately I have experienced before.) I have also had tattoo removal which is also very good value and fair. My tattoo was slightly over the cm2 and only charged me a little extra. Overall I am incredibly impressed with the service I have received I'm very happy with my results and I'm looking forward to having future procedures at this clinic.

  I used to be a client of the clinic on 2 different occasions. Firstly I was a patient of Dr. Kuczynski and was positively impressed by the way this doctor approached my issue, explaining all details, and creating the atmosphere of trust and security. Even more I was impressed by results of his work - it was even better then I could expect. Also, must admit great and responsible job done by Dr. Osadczuk - anastesiologyst who worked together with Dr. Kuczynski at the day of the surgery. After enough time has passed, it was a moment to start laser polishing of scars. This time I was a patient of Dr. Dybciak that recommended 5-6 procedures for max effect. I must admit that doctor explained all aspects needed and, in general I can see the effect after 2 procedure. However, at 4st procedure I was left at the cabinet alone for 50 minutes instead of 15 minutes mentioned by the nurse to get anastsesy work. No one explained to me this kind of treatment. Also, I found the suggestions to go through additional supportive procedures too pushy. After 4st procedure I decided to change the doctor and the clinic to finish scar polishing.

  I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Unprofessional. I FEEL CHEATED. They try every trick to get more money from naive customer, be careful with this clinic. I contacted the clinic to ask for an appointment as I wanted to have some info regarding an operation I'm considering (price, procedure, pro, cons etc..). They gave an appointment and when I arrived, the lady at the reception made me sign in and asked me to wait. After 10-minutes wait, I had a few minutes meeting with a doctor (with a poor level of English communication) that explained me how the procedure works and what the price includes. Once the conversation was over, I left the room and I was heading out, the ladies at the receptions said "thank you and goodbye" but after I walk out on the street, the receptionist chased me down the street and said I had to come back and pay 200 PLN for the visit. I was in sock to hear that they were trying to trick me into paying for a "visit with doctor" when I was just there to ask for info regarding their services. The discrepancy of the information obtained was surprising. It was really unprofessional especially because until that moment no one mentioned a "PAID VISIT". Not via email when I contacted them, not on the website, not when I signed in, not during the conversation and not when I was leaving the appointment room. After the visit, the clinic harassed me with calls and messages asking to contact them. And just to top up this extremely unprofessional behavior, when my husband (a lawyer), called the clinic (several times) to ask for explanations, they wouldn't let him though or even connect him to someone that could answer his questions. The receptionist would only tell him that she wasn't allowed to discuss this and that I should got here in person. After the 5th call he lady said that her manager would call him back. After more that a week no one called back! I was expecting a renowned clinic to have professional staff, but I'm genuinely disappointed from such a treatment to extort money from each possible client. It's a mockery!
