Unfortunately, my visit to this facility began with very unprofessional service at the reception desk. The staff lacked basic knowledge of the facility's operations – they couldn't provide information on whether the facility had a contract with Medicover, which is one of the most frequently asked questions by patients. I also tried to obtain information on how to register for tests. Instead of receiving specific assistance, I was transferred from one person to another for about 10 minutes, with each person passing me on to another. Ultimately, I received no response or support. This workflow demonstrates a lack of competence and a lack of respect for patients' time. Contact with the registration desk should facilitate access to medical services, not hinder it. I hope the facility will ensure proper staff training and improve service standards.

This is a joke! I waited on the line for 10 minutes, first in line. I don't know if these ladies are making appointments with patients for coffee, or if they're just sipping it themselves and therefore not answering.

I recommend it. The receptionist is polite and friendly, and the wait time for an appointment with Dr. Sowiński is less than seven days. The visit itself was also pleasant. There were a lot of people in line, but it went really smoothly. The procedure was performed with a scalpel, without cauterization, so it won't leave a white scar.

I have no problem reaching Medkol, but I have a problem with Dr. Wójcik Suwalska, who once again refuses to prescribe Diclac suppositories. I've had a fall and I'm experiencing pain. Is it really that hard to find relief? I don't take painkillers, only Pyralgin when needed.

When calling the registration desk, you can sit by the phone for several minutes making calls one after another, unfortunately without any response and no one there wants to pick up the phone.
