I'm outraged by the behavior of this clinic. They refused to register a sick child with a fever, which is outrageous in itself. Worst of all, however, was the behavior of the receptionist – the woman with long hair displayed exceptional arrogance, impertinence, and a complete lack of empathy. Her tone was rude and dismissive – I've never experienced anything like that in a medical facility.

We registered our daughters at the Rogowscy clinic on Bajkowy Street a few years ago. Dr. Czajkowska and Dr. Jankowska are wonderful doctors, and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Dr. Czajkowska is a dedicated doctor; she often wrote or called after hours to inquire about our daughters' health. I wish every clinic had such wonderful doctors.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience during the visit. My two-year-old daughter was very frightened by the X-ray, which is natural at her age. As a mother, I tried to calm her down and help her, but the doctor made no attempt to support her or explain the situation. Instead of empathy and patience, I felt rushed and cold. I understand that the examination requires precision and calm, but I believe that when working with young children, understanding and gentleness are also essential. Unfortunately, I left feeling that no one was paying attention to the emotions of the child or the parent.

I do not recommend Dr. Vitko. This is the third time she's given a child pneumonia without proper medication. This is the same situation again. Think carefully about who you're hiring at your clinic.

A very good clinic. The receptionists are always helpful in scheduling an appointment and always have a smile on their faces. The nurses and X-ray technicians are always professional and friendly. I've never seen a bad doctor here.
