  This might be a good clinic, but only if someone has a cold. People with serious health problems of unknown origin are constantly met with rudeness and misunderstanding, and are often turned away. It's difficult to get necessary tests or referrals (e.g., to a pain clinic!), and doctors are unable or unwilling to offer tests based on interviews and documentation. The staff can't answer simple questions, such as whether an antibiotic being taken could affect blood test results, and questions about where or what institutional help can be obtained go unanswered. Furthermore, even with all the printed medical records in front of them, they insisted they were invalid because they hadn't been entered into their system. The clinic allows appointments to be made via a mobile app, but on several occasions, appointments disappeared from the system shortly after registration. Furthermore, although the clinic is open on weekends, injections during these times are subject to a fee. I recommend avoiding this clinic if you have a more serious problem.

  I've been a patient at this facility for several months now (I've been there a lot lately for health reasons). I'm extremely skeptical of other facilities because they either treat me like a number or like a child (which drives me crazy). This one is different. The doctors make time for me, listen to my needs, and understand my concerns (especially Dr. Agata Chorążyk). The scheduling and patient care are also commendable. The reception desk does everything they can to offer the fastest and most convenient appointment with a doctor. All the receptionists are always polite and helpful. A special mention goes to the young man, Mr. Mateusz, who (I feel) is always there, always willing to help, advise, and do everything possible to ensure that all medical services are pleasant, efficient, and professional. I've compared this to other CMP facilities (Wola, Śródmieście), and nowhere else have I felt so well cared for. In fact, 6 out of 5 stars.

  The ladies at the front desk welcomed me warmly and took good care of me. From what I understand, her name is Aleksandra, and she's very kind and helpful. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this clinic.
