  Update to my review: Due to the rude and dismissive response from the clinic, which clearly shows a lack of respect for and trust in the patient’s opinion, I would like to add one more point to my review — something I initially chose not to mention. I booked my appointment with this doctor based on the information provided on ZnanyLekarz, where it was stated that the doctor speaks English. That was a key factor in my decision. However, when I entered the office and politely asked if I could speak in English, the doctor replied: “Everyone can speak English, let’s do it in Polish.” This was despite the fact that he was already late for the appointment, and using English would have been faster and clearer. I made an effort to explain myself in Polish, but the doctor kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me finish. Therefore, the clinic’s official response is entirely untrue. The consultation did not meet any acceptable standards — not only in terms of communication, but also in terms of basic medical care. Original review: I visited this clinic yesterday for an appointment with Dr. Wojciech Czarzasty. The doctor was late, but that wasn’t a big issue. The real problem was that the entire consultation felt rushed. I was constantly interrupted while trying to describe my symptoms, and when it came to my blood test results, doctor barely glanced at them for about 15-20 seconds. The whole approach seemed to be, “If nothing hurts right now, then everything is fine.” In my opinion, the consultation was not conducted properly and lasted only about 7 minutes. It did not meet my expectations at all.

  Unfortunately, I can't review either the location or the appointment with dermatologist Justyna Sowińska, as the appointment was canceled. The doctor always reschedules appointments the day before, disrespecting the patient and their time. She works at several locations, and the situation is the same every time. I had an appointment at the Bałtycka Clinic in Gdańsk. I deliberately took the day off work because I had to travel about 80 km. Just after 8 PM, I received a call that the appointment had been moved to a much earlier time. I agreed, although I now have to rearrange my entire day because the doctor needs it. On the day of my appointment, which was scheduled for 2:15 PM, I was informed by the receptionist at 9:30 AM that the appointment had been canceled because the doctor had the stomach flu. Her previous attempts at rescheduling and canceling made it hard for me to believe this, although I also realize that this can happen to anyone. I don't recommend this doctor due to her lack of respect for patients.

  I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Joanna Kulińska. She provides top-notch care from the first consultation to the end of my recovery. She's completely professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic and reassuring at every stage of treatment. If I had to choose any procedure again, I would choose Dr. Joanna Kulińska without hesitation.

  I highly recommend Dr. Joanna K. – complete professionalism combined with a smile and immense kindness. She explained in detail how the ear correction procedure would proceed, so I felt calm and well-prepared. During the procedure itself, I felt completely confident that I was in the best hands. The post-procedure care, including the very gentle removal of the stitches, was also top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Joanna K.

  Edited after the clinic's response: No one informed me that I would have to wait two weeks for a doctor's response. If I had received such information, I wouldn't have worried and wouldn't have called to ask if anything had been announced. If you're recording phone calls, please verify this. Unprofessional approach to the patient. Two days after my visit, I contacted the clinic – the prescription dosage was unclear, hence my difficulty in obtaining the medication at the pharmacy. I asked to speak with the doctor, but was informed that I couldn't get in today because the doctor was out, and an email requesting a contact would be sent. A week later, I called again, explained the situation, and asked what was happening. I still hadn't heard from the doctor, and apparently, a reminder had been sent. I was also told that as soon as the information was available, they would call me and I didn't need to call and ask. I waited two weeks and called again. Once again, I had to explain the whole situation, and the doctor said she'd call the doctor right away because he was in the office and would call me back. Eventually, I received a corrected prescription, having applied for it one last time. It was a very unpleasant experience.
