The facility is open until 8 p.m., closed at 7:52 p.m., and inside was a cleaning lady who, when I knocked on the window, rolled her eyes and went back to her mop. Ridiculous.

Earlier this year, after a conversation at an in-person appointment, one of the doctors issued me a full set of tests so I could have a general health checkup. Due to traveling work, I wasn't able to complete it within the deadline for the referral, so today during an online consultation, I requested a new referral. Dr. Kamil Fryszkowski first questioned the necessity of these tests, asking who had issued them and why. He informed me that the doctor, not my curiosity, decided whether I could have basic tests. He then ended the conversation mid-way. The funniest thing is that in the attachment to the conversation, he noted that I was the one who interrupted it, yet the doctor's response to the conversation record is missing. It's laughable in the room to pay for private healthcare every month, and the doctor replies that I won't be getting tests out of curiosity. Contrary to what he wrote, of course, he didn't issue any referrals. The first attached photo shows my screenshot of how the doctor ended the conversation, followed by what appears in the "record" of the consultation history conversation.

This is a complete misunderstanding!! I don't recommend this place. There have been no appointments available through the doctor's app for a week! I went to the clinic in person with a fever of 39 degrees Celsius. I was barely alive... I asked the receptionist with pity for an appointment, or maybe a doctor's appointment, and the lady looked at me ironically and told me to go to another clinic or the emergency room... stating that there were no appointments today or the next few days... I've never been able to get an appointment there. Paranoia!!!! I'll definitely change clinics.
